“I grew up around real estate from a young age, which made me appreciate living spaces and the way they are designed. My mother was an antique broker with impeccable taste. Her depth drove me to research real estate and design from a young age,” said Wilkins. “My father complemented that passion as a broker. I’d listen to him negotiate deals from the day I could understand what he was talking about. I quickly became attracted to the process of each deal.”
When he moved down to Miami and got his Florida real estate license there in 2010, Wilkins brought the same passion and zeal for the business his father bestowed onto him to the Southern Florida market. Handling massive luxury deals, including the recent closing of a $12.1 million condominium on South Beach and numerous other deals over the one million mark. Wilkins quickly became one of the area’s go-to brokers, known for his professionalism and meticulous dedication to each individual client’s wishlists.
Now, Wilkins expertly navigates the needs of both the coastal New Jersey and Southern Florida real estate industries simultaneously, making waves all up and down the East Coast in the process.
